Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals

This is our most basic adult program designed to teach the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu. If you have any doubts or fears about starting to train a martial art this is the program for you! We break down every technique step by step and personally attend to every student’s individual needs. From beginners to experienced students, these class helps you clean up the core aspects of your Jiu Jitsu, correct any bad habits, or trouble shoot your basics.

Monday and Wednesday

Jiu Jitsu All Levels

Class structure is formed around a warm-up, a lesson in technique and partner training to practice the technique from the lesson. We focus on basic conditioning, skill-building drills, movement drills, technique explanation and demonstration, situational training, and live Jiu Jitsu sparring.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the best non-violent self defense for children and teens. Help your children build character skills, discipline and stay prepared for any challenge. Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program helps them improve:

Women’s Self Defense

In addition to empowering women through the most effective self-defense techniques, this class will also feature an exercise routine to help you acquire the tools needed for basic defense.
